Fees

The fee for an Exhibit Table is $250.

Please download the Exhibitor Registration Form.

Mail check, payable to NIPER, with completed exhibitor registration form to:

Setup

Each exhibitor will be provided with an 6'ft table. There is space for chairs if exhibitors want to sit behind the display table.

Exhibitor Dates*

* We will let you know the earliest date by which your material can arrive at the hotel.

Upon your arrival to the conference, please go directly to the Exhibit area, your table will be marked. If you are not able to set up, we will have staff and/or volunteer setting up your table.

Thursday, March 23, 2017 — Exhibit setup begins.
Friday, March 24 @ 7:30 AM — Conference registration opens.
Friday, March 24 - Sunday, March 26, 2017 — Exhibition dates.
Sunday, March 26, — The conference ends at 12:30 PM on Sunday and materials must be picked up by 2:00 PM on Sunday.
